This form has been prepared in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding information to be given to consumers before a contract is concluded. It must be read and accepted before confirming an order.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service
BIMRank packages are digital services that include, depending on the package, a set number of theory and practical exam credits, access to results and certificates, team management and talent pool access for corporate packages, and an Autodesk exam credit for Gold and Diamond packages. Package contents are shown on the Subscriptions page and in the cart summary. Packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; unused credits expire at the end of the term.
3. Price and Payment
The package price is shown in the cart and on the checkout page as the total amount including any applicable taxes. Payment is collected in full at the time of the order using the payment methods offered. The subscription does not renew automatically; renewal is only by a new purchase. Invoices are issued electronically and are available in your account.
4. Performance and Delivery
Immediately after payment is confirmed, your package is activated in your account and your exam credits become available. There is no physical delivery. The Autodesk exam credit is delivered separately according to the exam provider’s process.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given by e-mail to support@7dimensions.eu. However, if performance of the digital service has begun with the consumer’s consent — that is, if any exam credit of the package has been used (an exam has been started) or the Autodesk exam credit has been delivered — the right of withdrawal ends. If no credit has been used, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Details: Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
6. Complaints and Disputes
You can send complaints to support@7dimensions.eu; we reply within 15 days at the latest. In disputes, the consumer arbitration bodies, alternative dispute resolution bodies (in Estonia: Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.ttja.ee) and courts of the consumer’s country of residence have jurisdiction.
