1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the relationship between 7Dimensions OÜ (Estonian Commercial Register code: 14770084), Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia · E-mail: support@7dimensions.eu · Web: www.bimrank.io (“BIMRank”) and the user who creates an account at www.bimrank.io (the “Member”). By creating an account, the Member confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. Purchases of paid packages are additionally governed by the Pre-Contractual Information and Distance Sales Agreement .
2. The Service
BIMRank is an online platform providing theory and practical competency exams in BIM disciplines, access to results and certificates, corporate team management, and an optional career profile (CV) and talent pool. BIMRank certificates are issued by BIMRank and are not official certificates of Autodesk or any other software vendor. Autodesk exam credits included in packages are subject to the terms of the relevant exam provider.
3. Account
- The Member must be over 18 and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- The account is personal; the Member is responsible for protecting their password and session. The account may not be transferred or used by others.
- In corporate packages, the team leader is responsible for informing the persons they add to the team and obtaining any necessary permissions.
4. Exam Rules
- Exams must be taken only by the account holder, without assistance and within the time limit. Each exam start deducts the relevant credit from your package; credits for started exams are not refunded.
- A theory exam requires at least 70 out of 100. Only candidates who passed the theory exam of the same discipline may take the practical exam.
- The practical exam lasts 90 minutes. When time is up the tasks close; the exam is not cancelled and is saved as completed with the uploaded log file.
- Cheating, impersonation, manipulating log files, and copying, recording or sharing exam content are prohibited. If detected, results and certificates may be revoked, the account may be suspended and used credits will not be refunded.
- Results may be contested within 14 days of publication via support@7dimensions.eu.
5. Certificates
A BIMRank certificate is issued to a Member who passes both the theory and practical exams of the same discipline with at least 70 points. Certificates are valid for 3 years and can be verified by anyone with the verification code on the certificate verification page . Certificates may be revoked in case of a breach of the rules.
6. Career Profile and Talent Pool
Uploading a CV is optional and subject to the Explicit Consent. Your profile appears in the corporate talent pool only when you turn on “Show to Employers”. The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the CV. Corporate members with talent pool access may use the information only for recruitment purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Exam questions, tasks, certificate designs, software and site content are owned by or licensed to BIMRank and may not be reproduced, published or used commercially without permission. Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD and Civil 3D are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.
8. Liability
BIMRank takes reasonable care to keep the service available; if an exam credit cannot be used because of maintenance, technical failure or third-party services, the credit is restored to the Member. Without prejudice to cases where liability cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, harm to life and health), BIMRank is not liable for indirect damages. A certificate does not guarantee any particular job or salary.
9. Account Closure and Changes
The Member may close their account at any time by writing to support@7dimensions.eu. BIMRank may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms. Changes to the terms are published on the site; significant changes are notified to Members by e-mail.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration bodies or courts of their own country. The out-of-court body in Estonia is the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.ttja.ee); consumers resident in Turkey may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary limits.
