Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Within 14 days of purchasing your package, provided that you have not used any exam credit and no Autodesk exam credit has been delivered to you, you may withdraw without giving reasons and receive a full refund.

2. When the Right of Withdrawal Ends

BIMRank packages are digital services activated in your account immediately after payment. Because you agree at checkout that the service starts immediately, your right of withdrawal ends once you start a theory or practical exam, or once the Autodesk exam credit is delivered to you (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15(1)(ğ)).

3. How to Apply

Send your withdrawal or refund request with your order number and account e-mail to support@7dimensions.eu . Once approved, your package is closed and the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Technical Problems

If your exam cannot be completed because of a technical problem on BIMRank’s side, your exam credit is restored after review, provided you report it within 7 days.

5. Subscription Term and Expiry

Packages are valid for 1 year and do not renew automatically. Unused credits expire at the end of the term and are not refunded. If you wish to end your subscription early, write to support@7dimensions.eu; no refund is given for credits already used.
