Explicit Consent Notice (Career Profile and CV)

Uploading a CV on the My Career page and showing your profile to employers is optional and relies on your explicit consent for the processing below. Not giving consent does not affect your use of BIMRank exams and certificates.

1. Processing You Consent To

CV analysis: analysing the CV you upload with AI-assisted software to extract education, experience, skills, languages and certificates and create a summary.
Transfer abroad: storing and processing your CV file and analysis results on the servers of Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Drive, AppSheet, Google Cloud) for this purpose, including possible transfer outside the EU and Turkey, such as to the USA (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a) and Standard Contractual Clauses; KVKK Art. 9).
Sharing with employers: when you turn on “Show to Employers”, displaying your competencies, skills, experience and certificates in the talent pool of BIMRank corporate members. Your name and contact details are not shared unless you give separate consent.

2. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your profile or turning off “Show to Employers” on the My Career page, or by writing to support@7dimensions.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
